I am a lover of both surf and turf, DH is a carnivore who tolerates a little fin occasionally.

Which would you choose and why?

You can't go wrong with either. Both are excellent. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
Both have one great steak on the menu, the rest is pretty much seafood. Of the two, I'd pick FF more times than BlueZoo.

If you will be acquiring a TIW card during your trip, then the 20% discount at FF is worth noting.

Thanks Robert P! We have had TIW (DDE) for a number of years. It always comes in handy, doesn't it? Well... I guess not at bluezoo

I like both - a lot -but I think I prefer bluezoo just a little bit more...

You cannot go wrong with either place, they are both out of this world fantastic but we did find BlueZoo to be much quieter and more intimate than FF. FF has the best NY Strip DH ever had and BlueZoo had the best filet ever! We went to both places last month so I am posting the links my reviews, menu and pics

Thank you! We have both booked. :goodvibes

The only bad thing I can say about either is that at FF in May they tried to seat us at a table for two that had a spectacular view of the fire alarm and a wall! They moved us after I complained - the restaurant had tons of open tables and we were the third to be seated at opening with a reservation. I might never go back because of that. It was totally unnecessary.

I am forewarned!

Really? You didn't like your seat, and they accomodated your request to move to a table with a better view. And that would keep you from going back?

I probably will go back, but I was irritated that they would try and use that table except as an absolute last resort.

FF is very good, but Bluezoo is GREAT.

We love FF but wanted to try another spot when it was just DH and I. We went to Blue Zoo, and I would say that it was our worst meal at WDW out of 11 trips.

DH got the Cod and it was sooo fishy he couldn't get the taste out of his mouth. I had Mahi Mahi and it was mushy and very salty.

The presentation was beautiful, but that was the only good thing I could say about the place. Even the service was mediocre.

We were so excited to try that one, but unfortuately we will not be back to it again.

We are sticking with FF. Never had a bad meal there yet:thumbsup2

I have been to both. 1 trip on consecutive days. The food is better at FF and the atmospehere is better also. BZ felt much more like a typical upscale hotel restaurant. It is however a more adult oriented restaurant with fewer kids if that is what you are looking for.

Thanks for the continued suggestions. They are much appreciated. I have booked both so I wll be able to answer this question next time someone asks!
