Flying Fish reservation question

Hi all,
Sorry if this is a silly question but I’m new at this. I read that reservations for Flying Fish open on the 20th. What time should I start looking to see if they are available?

all you can do, is keep checking to see when they will start taking ADRs. Or some body here may post that ADRs have opened.
Just excited that it will be open for our next trip.

ADRs are usually available around 6 AM Eastern but no idea if that will include newly opened reservation opportunities. But that is probably when to start looking if you want the most desirable days or times.

Just saw in a DVC group that ADRS are supposed to open tomorrow at 7 EST.

I was able to get a reservation around 6:10 for Flying Fish and there was very little left. They really went fast!

Looks like FF will be open Wednesday-Sunday and closed Mondays and Tuesdays. I was hoping for a Monday before Epcot extended hours, but no luck. Was able to book Thursday with no problem. Yay!

well that explains why I wasn’t able to get mine as the only days that would work we’re mondays and Tuesdays. Bummer.

Took me a few minutes to figure that out! lol

While Mon or Tues would have been better I was able to shift ADRs so I could book Sunday.

Nope, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

so FF closed M-T and Citricos T-W. According to the booking engine it appears Jiko is also closed T-W
