flying fish Christmas dinner regular menu?

I have an ADR booked for flying fish for Dec. 25th for dinner and I read somewhere on old threads they would not have their usual menu. Does anyone know if they will likely not have their usual menu for Christmas? Or, will a special menu be in addition to the usual menu? I am hoping that the usual menu is available.

I was also wondering as I read that the prix fix menu is not included on the dining plan. Does anyone know if this is true?
