Flying fish & Boma's- ok to wear park clothes?

we're planning on going to Flying Fish Cafe right after a long day in Epcot, and going to Boma's after AK. Sure to be hot and humid outside at the end of August.

Are we ok to go in our park outfits--sneakers, shorts, nice Tshirts, after a day of touring...so that we don't have to go all the way back to the resort to change?

The only resturant that I thnk one would feel out of place in park clothes is V&A's

Certainly!! You'll find plenty of others dressed the same way..

And Boma is large & bustling so I doubt anyone would even notice, let alone care! I'm sure Flying Fish gets a lot of people coming over from Epcot.

Yes. You will feel very comfortable. V&A is the only restaurant you have to be dressed more formally. However, when I made our PS for CG last week, I was told a collared shirt should be worn by the gentleman.

Wow, that's new, I wonder if the new Chef (John State, previous executive chef at Flying Fish) made that change. CG has been our personal favorite for years, and while we have always PREFERRED to dress one or two notches up from park clothes, makes it a better experience for us, it has never been required I don't think.
I mostly agree with others when they say, "V&A is the only one ect....", but I personally would not go to Citricos at the GF or even Yachtsman Steakhouse at the YC wearing a tank top (which I did once years ago and felt very out of place, though I would have felt better in a tee shirt).

Don't worry about that "collared shirt" business. You will be just fine in "theme park casual" at ANY WDW restaurant save Victoria and Alberts.
Lots of folks dress "up" because they want to--and that's fine. But you don't HAVE to!!!
