Flying fish? Best Epcot dinner for Illuminations view?

Anyone sat at the chef's viewing table at Flying Fish? Is it worth it? Have two kids (8 and 7)who are experimental eaters and dream of being chefs.

Also. what's the best place in Epcot to eat to catch an illuminations view? What time?

I think you're referring to the counter that looks in to the kitchen. I haven't eaten at it, but I have seen it and it looks fun. Your kids should enjoy it, especially if they would like to be chefs. I've heard that the California Grill and Jiko also have similar seating, although I've never eaten at either of those.

As far as Epcot views go, I'm not really ohne to stake out a seat. I just stop and watch the show wherever I happen to be.
