flydrive / dollar pre-register

anyone done this and can tell me what you put in when Dollar ask for your ref. My tickets are in but there is nothing relating to a reference for the car hire. only ref. I have is my holiday reference

anyone done this with a flydrive and can let me know what to do

Found this for you hope it works.

email your Dollar Express number along with your holiday details to DOLLAR@DTAG.Com and they will add your express number to the reservation

if this works then all your details will be with dollar, so you will be pre registered.

This is bit from the TCD website, i know your not booked with them, but i thought the info would be the same.

Voucher / Reference Number - Enter your TCD booking reference (e.g. 123456/S06)
Dollar Confirmation # - Leave this blank
Renter name details - You will need to enter the lead passengers First Initial and Last Name
Pickup Date - Enter your holiday start date
Location of Rental - For most TCD passengers flying to Orlando this will be Sanford Airport, if this is the case simply choose "Sanford - [SFBP01]" from the dropdown list

I am a bit loathe to do this since I booked through Virgin Holidays?

Did you manage to link Dollar Express with your holiday booking, or did you book with Dollar direct?

Hi,, I am booked with Travel City Direct, but I really didn't fancy waiting in line for over an hour as it has been mentioned on other threads.
Yes I did have to give my driving licence and cc details, but that's only what you have to do when you do it in person, I think that is what saves you time, not having to go through it all when you get there?
As I've only just registered with dollar express, I won't be able to pre-register until I get my express number sent, but once I have it i will be emailing them to link my holiday booking.

I'm glad I found the link now whilst I've got a few weeks to go! I heard someone on another thread say that they waited 4 weeks for their membership card to show up, but when I registered it said that I would get a membership # emailed me between 1-3 days, so as long as you have your # it should be ok

Tried to reg for the express but it is asking me for business contact details, what did you all put?

There was a thread on here a while back about this and everyone said they just put there home details.

When we did it we just put DH's employers name and his direct telephone number.

I just put my home telephone and an X for business, see what happens!

The only mandatory bits you have to fill in is the name and tel # so I just repeated my name and put my mobile number in and it was accepted ok!
