The official announcement will be made on Thursday! So excited! Let's hope that it will be more cost effective than flying out of the U.S. Considering the exchange. Can't wait for some details!

Follow the link above. Thanks for posting it. $149 CDN one way to Orlando, flights leave Thursdays and Sundays. National Airline. Flights begin departing December 16.

One issue with this is that they fly into Sanford Orlando which is approx. 30-45 minutes away from MCO. No Disney Express there so plan on either renting a car, cab, or transportation service there and back. The updated article says flights will start at $296, does not confirm if that's each way or round trip. Expect delays too. This airport has a handful of airlines and is tiny. Chances are these will be connecting flights. As a resident of Windsor, I firmly believe you will be better off flying out of Detroit.

I SAW THE SPECIAL ONLINE FOR NATIONAL AS $111 ONE WAY TO SANFORD FROM WINDSOR AND THEN $78 FROM SANFORD TO WINDSOR, ALL TAX IN AND IN US DOLLARS. FOR THE SAVINGS I WOULD RENT A CAR.

We booked with National. We have family in Florida and we will either be meeting them at the airport or renting a car. Our fights ended up being 242.44 per person with the promo and we are flying out Christmas eve. We originally planned on driving but couldn't pass up this price.
