I think you've added it LOL!!!! Unfortunately you are way over the limit for pic size, we've got to scale everything down or the mods will "X" you out!!!!!

try this it might work without you having to resize anything

instead of using the square bracket thing redo the whole thing replacing it with:
{img src="http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid108/p9f1d769277e900a6399881ffc525da5a/f94af8e2.jpg" height="200"}
but instead of the {} put <>. (don't press return after img, just put a space, the board did the return part)

You can do the same thing for both pictures and it will shrink them.
it will look like this
