Fluid layout not working

I see there have been some updates to the forum layout, but in doing so fluid layout (i.e. where content is sized to fill the horizontal width of the current window) appears to have been switched off, and I can't find how to turn it back on. Have I missed something, as currently the content area in most boards is only showing at around half of the width of the window?

Same issue for me! I've lost my Emojis symbol also. Anyone have any answers?
