Flught lands late... Transportation options?

I have a flight booked that is scheduled to land at MCO if on time at 1 am. I'm not interested in car rental and most likely will be staying at a non Disney hotel. What transport options are available that late? Or should we just crash at the Hyatt for the night?

If it were me, I would stay at the Hyatt. Are you heading to a WDW resort the next day?

We're arriving late as well and decided to stay at a hotel close to the airport that provides free shuttle service. I couldn't justify paying the prices to stay on-site for a short sleep --- used the same logic for the hotel in the airport. I KNOW i will be too excited to sleep in, so why pay close to $200.00??

As to how to get to your hotel the following day there are numerous options that i'm sure others will help you figure out. Enjoy your trip

The Hyatt is certainly the most convenient but you pay for that location. There are several hotels around MCO that are more affordable and have free shuttle service. I've stayed at the Sheraton and got a good deal by using Priceline.

After you gather your luggage from the carousel, use the white courtesy phone and dial the extension of the hotel from the directory. They will generally be there in about 15 mins and you meet them outside, curbside at the designated space for hotel shuttles.

If you are staying on Disney property the next day, they will drive you back to the airport and you can catch DME then.

If you are going for a hotel shuttle, be sure that it's offered 24 hours.

Now that DF is coming along and he does not want to go to WDW just universal and he wants to save money... We will head straight to the holiday inn express by universal. I have enough points for 2 nights and one free night from Chase so 3 nights for free. Then we will transfer to the Portofino.
