Hmmm...I wasn't born or raised in New England, but we always had Fluff around.

So, is it only available in New England and the Mid Atlantic states?

Nope we have fluff here in the midwest. Fluffernutters and ice cold milk was the lunch of choice when I was growing up.

Gotta have one at least once a month or so....
maybe more depending on my mood...
I especailly love the Raspberry fluff they sell around here its the best, the strawberry is also good and both are very very bright pink.. you gotta love eating a neon sandwich that glows in the dark!!!
