Flu Vaccines

It's a bit different than the flu vaccine, but about 4 years ago I began taking enough D3 to keep my testing levels between 60 to 70ng/ml year round. I've only had one cold since then.

I've seen a few article on how the sunshine vitamin can help fend off a cold. With flu season not far away, might be another item worth looking at.

I can't believe the flu is already making the rounds. It's only August for pete's sake!

I'm lucky in that my office gives them out, but I'll have to take my DS to the doctor's office. He is also in the first round, which is nice. And I don't think I'll have to drag him in like usual. I'll just say, remember how bad you felt last year when you had the flu? One little shot will prevent that.

I know there is a lot going around right now, but I don't believe that it is "the flu". The CDC is usually right on top of flu activity and they aren't reporting any yet for this season.

The map they have up is still from May. (the past season)

it's definitley the flu where I am. When I went in to the doctors sick, she automatically tested me because I am very very high risk and I cannot get the flu shot and she has had confirmed cases of the flu at her office already.
