Flowers!

I know that I can change the color of my flowers if i ask within reason. I like the rose bouquet. does anybody know if those ones can be changed? if so what colors do they have?
i am asking because i would like the pink ones and i want pink for my colors but DF WILL NOT wear a pink tie and vest. i can't say i don't blame him. Maybe i should just stick with the pink roses and let him wear a black tie and vest.

traditional black vest and tie is a good look in my opinion. If you want pink roses, get pink roses. I know Lynn (Lynn5700) had VERY pink roses. I have also seen lighter pink if you like that better.

Pink, silver and touches of green were my colors.

The bridesmaids wore pink dresses, with pink roses and green hydrangae bouquets.

The groomsmen wore black tuxes, black vest and tie,
pink roses.

DH wore black tux, white vest and tie to match my dress and ivory rose with stephanoitis(which was also in my bouquet).

My bouquet was ivory roses, light pink ana roses, pink freesia, and white stephanoitis with pink and clear crystals.

The boutinerre I ordered for my DF a blush rose. It is a very very very pale pink. My bouquet will have blush, light pink, and medium pink roses but you can have bright pink roses and DF can have blush roses. Oh and I forgot to add that my MOH is wearing a bright pink dress and the best man will have a silver vest and tie. So you can always add a different color for the men that compliment the pink.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I never even thought to go with a white vest and tie. maybe he will go for that. it sounds classy. the whole reason i don't really want black on him cuz its a wedding not a funeral!!!!! i am going to look online for men's suit options and show them to DF.

Depending on where you rent your tux from - Carolyn Allen has a white on white Mickey vest and tie. That is what my DF is wearing. BTW - my flowers will be red and white roses - and my girls will be in red.

My bouquet was different shades of pink. My DH wore a silver tie and a very subtle pinstripe suit... it looked great!! He wore the second to lightest shade of pink rose as a boutenniere and my mother and MIL and the fathers wore the really pale shade of pink (it's almost an creamy ivory with just a touch of pink).

Is it expensive to rent a suit? and how much time would we need to rent it before the wedding?

There's a lot of non-black shades of vest + tie that make for a nice classic look without being too "my bride made me wear this terrible girly color" lol

I'll group them in approximate color families:

Silver, Platinum, or Gray

White, Ivory, Cream

Sand, Champagne, Light Gold, Beige


Also there really are a ton of rose colors that you could request.
I used a couple of google search websites to figure out what the names of some of the roses I liked were.

I believe we are paying $135 to rent a regular tux and there is an extra $15 charge for the Mickey vest.

Roses come in tons of colors - any color they come in naturally disney will get for you at no charge, they just won't dye them. My DH wanted to wear a purple vest so he did, his BM and the dads wore silver vests and ties, and my nephew wore purple to match DH.
