There's not much I would dislike more than having somebody put their hands all over my feet and face, yuck.

I used to feel that way, I had my very first pedicure about 3 years ago and I am hooked, it feels wonderful and makes my feet so soft

Copycat. I had my first pedicure 3 years ago also.

I did it one day after everyone was talking about them so much.
And there feet look all nice and pretty.
Plus I was home for the summer on disability.

I get them done lot more in the Spring & Summer.
My nails are so beat up I don't do manicure.

Well, my dinner guests left about an hour ago. At one point, Sammie was being very silly, I asked her to stop, she didn't. So I warned her she had one more chance to stop or I would take her out of the room & make her stay by herself in the bathroom. Well, she kept on going, so I took her by the hand & put her by herself in the bathroom. Poor Dana couldn't stand it--she started crying! I had to reassure her that I wasn't mad at Sammie, but she did need to calm down before she could join us.

AWW I feel for ya my kids do the same you punish one and the other cries..

I used to get my finger nails done all the time, but I have finally given up, it's jusy way too much work and I hated when they broke

I only get pedicures in the Spring and through the summer, who the heck cares how my feet look inside boots and socks the rest of the time

Besides, they're coming for the weekend & I needed to set the boundries now. I did feel bad for poor Dana, she just adores her sister. She'll go to her for comfort even after Sammie's the one that was picking on her. I hate being stern aunt, but I had to.

I love the french manicure, it just looks so classy and definitely lasts longer !

My DD was always such a tomboy that she wouldn't even think about getting anything like a pedicure or manicure, well, she turned 13 and suddenly realized she had certain "assets" to show and now likes to get her nails & feet done

My DD was 7 went she had her first pedicure and a manicure. They even painted little flowers on them for her.
