Cliff and I are empty nesters when dinnertime rolls around.

Danielle is volounteering at Petco working with the kittens. Valerie is still babysitting for the money bags family.

Back from our one night camping trip... it was pretty fun and the weather was fantastic!

I have sad news. I was moving some furniture on Saturday morning and I was wearing my crocs (the Athens that I LOVE) and I slipped down the stairs and broke right through the toe piece.

They cost $50 to replace here and that's if I can even find them this late in the season.

We hardly ever eat dinner together in the summer, Brian tries to make it home in time, but Alyssa is hardly ever here, and since she's a vegetarian, she hates to watch us eat meat

My friend's niece is also. They were eating out and her 13 cousin was eating chicken nuggets. He had his plate to close to her and said to him
"Please get that dead animal out of my sight"
