Flowering tree's bought @ Epcot's flower and garden fest????

Ok, A few months ago, we bought these tree "starters" from epcot durring the flower and garden fest. They are growing real well... BUT~
We moved about a month after we got them and I lost the papers we got with them. I would love to just find out their type name, and the maybe care directions for when they get bigger.. but I have no idea where this info went. Has anyone else bought these tree's. They were sold at a little stand in the world showcase. If someone out there would this info I am looking for, I think I can continue to care for these tree's for a long time.

Are you talking about the topiary's that were shaped into different animals? If so go to this website they are the sellers. If you call them they will also send you the directions. When I bought my topiary they didn't give me the directions so Disney gave me their website and they sent me them. http://www.noahsarktopiary.com/faq.htm
