I don't know anything about Flower & Garden and we have planned a trip during Flower & Garden. Is there an extra fee for this? If there is and I don't purchase it is Epcot still enjoyable? What will I be missing?

NO extra cost. There's tons of topiaries, flowers, and garden areas and a few playgrounds that you will notice whether you try to or not.

We love it as it adds so much 'beauty' to EPCOT and you don't have to line up to see all the topiaries, flowers, etc.

There's a butterfly gaden as well with Tinkerbell topiaries.

There are food booths as well with special items just for the festival. The festival Center (by Universe of Energy) you would have to go out of your way to visit has merchandise and demos/seminar things.

There's also the Flower Power concert that you can watch or just hear as you walk by.

The only extra costs are merchandise and food if you choose to buy them. Everything else is included in your entrance fee

We just returned last week from a Thursday-Monday trip for the first weekend. Our main goal was to only see a band that was performing at the Flower Power concerts (also free during your trip to Epcot). That didn't quite work out the way we wanted (the band performed the same songs for each first set, the second set, and the third set each night so multiple performances were not in the picture). We are not gardeners since our backyard kills anything but trees.

However - we had a great time! We didn't partake in too much of the food offerings but enjoyed the topiaries and the special displays all over World Showcase.

I would not hesitate to go back again during the Festival, gardener or not.

No extra fee.

It is our favorite time of the year and our favorite park - we have gone the last three years to the F&G Festival. If you like flowers, you will love it! :)

I was there for the Guess Who concerts on Friday and even though they are a favorite the weather turned chilly so we only saw the 1st and 2nd set and left.We assumed the 3rd set would be similar or the same as the first set ending with American Woman, was this what happened?I know they did all their biggies in the first two sets, just wanting to make sure nothing amazing happened on that last set that we missed.I know the 1st set was packed solid and the 2nd was a lot emptier due to the temperatures,we at least managed to stay for this one.

We only stayed for the first set Friday night since we were freezing by the point (wearing shorts that day was a big mistake, stupid weather) but we did the first two sets Saturday and once we realized the first set was exactly the same as Friday night, we were a bit disappointed. We didn't ever see the third set after realizing on Sunday that the first two sets were the same as we already had seen before.

It's a beautiful time to see the park. Don't miss out on the Tinkerbell Butterfly Garden! We also managed to get stamps from all of the Marketplace Food booths last year while as pretty fun.

The weather Saturday and Sunday was much better,The Guess Who is one of our favorite groups ever but this was one of the few weeks all year long you can see 4 groups in 3 days so we did Bands Brew and BBQ at Sea World on Saturday for Hank Williams Jr.At night on Saturday went to catch beads at Mardi Gras at Universal and saw Prince Royce, and Sunday was Bands,Brew and BBQ at Busch Gardens with the Steve Miller band.Every year I try and find a weekend with multiple concerts to hit.We didn't do it this year but we could have also hit Busch Gardens on Friday for their Real Music concerts,I think last year we hit 5 groups in 3 days.

Flower and Garden Festival is included with your Epcot admission. There are food kiosks around World Showcase (similar to food and wine), as well as character topiaries and flowers around the park. There are also demonstrations held at the Festival Center and the “Flower Power” concert series is held on the weekends.

Epcot is really beautiful and colorful during the Flower and Garden Festival!
