How long before the official opening are most of the topiaries put up prior to F&G?

We aren’t so interested in the food booths or other activities and will be arriving at WDW in the middle of the week prior to what will likely be opening weekend. I’d be thrilled if the topiaries are all up and we miss crowds for the booths and other activities.

Thank you!

I don't have an answer for you but am curious something similar - when it is likely to start for 2020 and also whether the gardens start appearing ahead. We are there through March 6th, 2020 (unfortunately couldn't do any later). Not really interested in the food booths, but would love to see the gardens and my DH would probably really enjoy some of the tours and events. I suspect we are just going to miss it this year.

The festival started on Wed Mar 6 last year so maybe you can see topiaries at the very end of your trip? I ended up pushing Epcot towards the end of my trip for other reasons and should be there on the Monday after the first weekend.
