Flower food - Weekends only or all week long?

I know the Festival center is only open weekends, but are the food booths available all week or just on weekends too?

I can't remember what kiosk, but the last two years they have had an heirloom tomato salad that was really good. (it was pricey though, but what else is new)

We went last year and loved the booths. But I cannot remember - are they open til park close? Or do they close early?

Actually, that as well as the two bbq meat items at the Smokehouse.
