Flower Festival: Does it draw weekend crowds?

ie, locals? I have EPCOT scheduled for Saturday 4/24, (the second Saturday of the festival) is it likely to be mobbed with local festival goers?

It's not planning for me unless I change the schedule around a zillion times, LOL!
