Flower Festival at EPCOT/DogGone Maze locale

I found the following statement on Deb's site regarding the festival. It doesn't say where it is located in EPCOT....do any of you experts know?

"A new, expanded Disney's DogGone Maze, with shaded digging areas that include mini-backhoes, tunnels, climbing structures and a garden of canine topiaries such as Pluto, Lady and the Tramp, and even Stitch (who thinks he's a dog!). "

Sounds great for the kids, would love to check it out...

In the past - this maze was located along the rose garden path.
This is the path, bordered by roses, from Journey into your Imagination to the World Showcase.
