Do the resort pools allow them? I want to bring my DD's inner tube so she can go in the main pool and we don't have to hold her the whole time. I will be staying at CSR. I don't see why they wouldn't, but some places have these rules.
An inner tube will have to be made of a clear plastic to be used in the resort pools. YOu can borrow a life vest during your stay if you don't have one.
Stayed there in August, and forgot to bring anything for DS - the life vests they had to borrow were very nice, and you can keep it for the length of your stay. Safer than an inner tube or waterwings anyway...
We've never observed any issues with small flotation devices in the Values pools either. But keep your large lounge floaties and beach balls home. The lifeguards will confiscate those.
I have to say that the life vests they let you use are wonderful--one of the best things I have ever used for my daughter. She LOVED hers so much she wanted to keep it for good. I would just use that--less to pack!
Alot depends on how crowded the pool is. If it is overly crowded, the lifeguards may ask you not to use large tubes and other flotation devices. The life vests have always been good for us to use and the kids seem to love them.
