What are you going to do in the rain today?

It is pouring and thundering here! We haven't had rain in ages, but it sure puts a damper on our plans for the day.

What are y'all going to do today?

I did 3 parks with the kids yesterday, knowing the rain was coming today! I hadn't been to the MK in quite some time, then we hit AK for awhile and then went on to Epcot for the evening. Ryan conquered two attractions he'd previously avoided like the plague...Space Mountain and Mission: Space!! I casually asked if he'd like to try, as I sometimes do, and he simply said "OK" and walked right on each! I was floored! I guess he was ready, he Loved em both; in fact he wanted to do Space Mountain a 2nd time and so we did, WOOHOO!!

Today will be the usual marathon of house cleaning, laundry and other errands for me

We are supposed to have Thunder Showers in the late afternoon. I really hope it holds off because I have a wedding to go to at 3:30pm.

Just as I was going to post that the rain hasn't come yet, the thunder just rolled outside!
New freezer is coming today so I'm waiting for that to be delivered and we had planned on the flea market later - good thing it's mostly under cover!

I have a good 3 days' worth of house cleaning to do here, especially after coming home to a sick dog yesterday , but I'm trying to convince myself to get out and do a little car shopping.

It looks like the rain is gone and the sun is coming out. I haven't heard if it's supposed to keep raining or not.

You must have sent the rain south to me, Jen! It started raining about 10 minutes ago. I have homework, but here I sit DISing on my new laptop. I hate these keyboards! They're so weird. But overall it's pretty neat!

I'm glad everyone is keeping busy. The rain was short-lived thank goodness. We ended up at the mall for a little while.

Now its time for some Dis'ing and a nap before I tackle my housework.

No rain so far that I've seen but I was in church all morning interpreting so it may have. Went to lunch with my husband and now I'm resting until I have to go back and interpret the evening service. Tomorrow I have plenty of homework to keep me busy.
