That's crazy. It's raining in NYC, today, too, but the worst thing that's happened to me was that I opened my umbrella, accidentally, while holding a cup of coffee on a crowded 4 train.

Man, that *is* crazy! We've got snow here. And it's sticking, too! No sign of it melting off the grass & trees yet. Is the apocalypse soon?

Central FL is getting some of the nastiness that rolled through NW FL earlier this week. The plus side is that behind that nastiness is some really gorgeous weather.

I was supposed to leave for work (Typhoon Lagoon) today at 9:00. Just before I left I saw the notice we were closed for today, which is logical, so I stayed home.

And the storms have been traveling at 60-70 mph, so we are really having hurricane force winds when you consider both the circulation plus the speed of movement.

I live just north of Disney - and the weather has been wet and wild. I must say that I have two fthoughs about it.
The poor people who are having their vacation rained out.
The rest of us who NEED the rain.
I have seen better weather - and worse. I pray for those who are having their homes trashed by the storm. I hope it is will be over soon.

I saw something like that on Good Morning America today...it showed 1 house completly distroyed, and the others around it just fine.....Hope everyone is safe.
