Stay safe everyone!!!! I am in Ocean City MD right now. I was trying to get back before the hurricane but am stuck here until Tuesday now.

Son is at home with the cats. This will be the first bad storm he has gone through and I wish I was there. It's hard reminding him of the hurricane preparations by phone.

They did expect it to strenghthen to a strong Cat 2 or even a Cat 3 but then expect it to weaken a bit when it makes landfall. Only time will tell. Good luck to everyone!!! YOu know--I just love Tornado Warnings in my county when they reference areas I have no clue of where they are at. NOT!!!

Anyone know where Camp Holly Fish Camp is--that's where a tornado is heading in Brevard right now!

Lake Mary/Seminole County here. We have just begun to get heavy rain bands with lightning and thunder, with some heavier wind gusts.

Citrus county has several heavy rain bands moving in now, and we are in the extreme outer edges of the storm. We should start seeing very heavy rains shortly. Gonna' go outside and have a look see.

South West Broward. New's just said Wilma's winds are @ 110 and only needs to get to 111 to become a Cat. 3. I think I'm going to head on out to work a little early and not take any chances of it getting worse out there by waiting to 10:30pm.

Though WFTV did just cut into my desperate housewives to say one is on the ground somewhere.

Delray Beach is on the east coast, in southern Palm Beach County. We are north of Ft. Lauderdale, south of West Palm Beach. In other words, in the middle of all the action!
