Hi everyone,
As many of you out there I am curious to hear some past experience with this compagnie, the good and as well the bad would be greatly appreciated. Than k you for all of your responses in advance.:goodvibes

I've booked with them for the first time, but we aren't travelling until Dec. So far I am very pleased with the service I have received. The prices and selection of units are terrific!

I rented a Windsor Hills condo from them with no problems.
Plenty of linens, condo was clean and nicely decorated.

The internet wasn't working and they sent someone out that day to fix it.
I would use them again

We just came back yesterday from our trip. We rented a home in WH directly through the owner and Florida Sun Vacation Homes was the management company. We had a couple of minor issues - we couldn't figure out how to get the main TV to work, the skimmer for the pool was broken, etc. The were very prompt and came out the same day to fix everything and were very polite. I would recommend them.

We just got back and rented Villa la Dolce Vita (??), which is a 4 bedroom pool home. We absolutely loved it and will never do a hotel room again. I'm in withdrawal with not having a pool outside my patio door.

Everything was as pictured on the website. The only things that we felt were missing (and they are very, very minor) were a set of measuring cups/spoons, paper and a pen, and directions on how to turn on the alarm system. The matresses could have been better, but I've been in hotels with ones that were worse. The linens were all good and there were plenty of them.

We didn't have the need to call the management company as we figured out the alarm after a few days. They came one day to replace the a/c filter and left us a note that they were there (and they asked us to use the alarm).

Next time we go to Disney, we will rent from them again.

I would prefer picking up the key at the condo (lock box) instead of driving to Fl Sun's office. Not a huge deal, but it did take some time away from vacationing...

We didn't need to pick up a key. The home had electronic keypad entry whereby we just entered a code to gain entry. The code was changed after every checkout for security purposes.
