Does anyone have experience of this company?? We booked our car through them months ago and were told we would receive our voucher 2 weeks before travel - we now have 11 days to go and still no voucher - I have emailed 3 times - called 4 times to which you get a recorded message that all advisors are busy and to leave name and number etc but no response - I have also posted on their fb page - I remember looking at trust pilot reviews before I booked and they were really good - however in the last few weeks they are scarily awful - feeling really worried

That is so kind thank you - I put a message on their Facebook page - I received a reply today asking for our reference number etc - a relief to have had some kind of response but still waiting for our voucher!
