I was there for their travel show and booked the Easter Weekend thru them for the Crowne Plaza was given a great rate and since DD thinks her next trip to FLA is for Universal (Wink, Wink, I couldn't resist. I have signed up to received e-mails from them.

The agent I was dealing with seemed nice enough but I haven't heard back from them(her)since.

From their set up there, they have a great deal of literature on various aspects of FLA and I think was worth the trip out to Cambridge.
