Florida timeshare legislation pending

Just saw on TUG that new timeshare legislation is pending in Florida and has a good chance of being adopted. I haven’t read it carefully yet so am not sure how much it will apply to DVC.

Yeah, I started but didn’t get very far. It’s 42 pages of legalese, takes some concentration to digest. I gathered from comments on TUG that it affects rights of rescission (in a way good for buyers), among other things. Florida tends to be pro-buyer when it comes to TS laws.
