I know this will be a big attraction for some, but I can walk around the corner from my house for a 60ft tall, 400ft long tubing and toboggan hill all winter long. This is what I go to Florida to escape from!

My kids love tubing.. but I hate all the gear and standing outside watching them... this has to be so much better
