I'm not planning on taking my daughters car seat with us this time, but now I'm wondering about the laws in Florida.
She is 5 years old,and she does use a big-kids booster seat here, but by law, she'd be legal here in New York with just a seat belt.
We are staying on-site, using the buses, so the only time we'll be in the rental car is to and from the airport, and maybe a few quick trips to the grocery store. I really really don't want to cart her big booster seat down there for those few times.
Anyway, I'm just interested in the seat belt law for children, if anyone knows it.
Thanks.
