I live 2.5 miles from MK, and I have lived here for two years. Before I moved to central Florida I would visit WDW at least twice a year. I try to walk at least 5 miles a day to keep my weight down. I no longer spend full days in the parks, but I often go for my evening walks there. I actually like FP+ because I can schedule 3 attractions and do those while I am walking. I usually go to Epcot twice a week, DAK and DHS about once a month, and MK about once a week. Lately I have started going to MK less than I usually do because of the crowds. I think Disney has stumbled on the magic combination of promotions and events to keep MK busy 365 days a year. I also often go to the various resorts for evening walks. I especially enjoy walking at Riverside / French Quarter, and the Epcot resort area. I have found so far that I still enjoy the parks as much as ever, if not more than ever. When you live here you can afford to be more relaxed and enjoy the details. When I came twice a year for my vacations I always had a good time, but was very neurotic about everything. The only park that I don't enjoy as much since moving here is MK. I am not sure if that is due to too many repeat visits, the increase in crowd congestion, or a combination of both.
