Florida residents how often do you go?

I try to go at least every 6 to 8 weeks. Last year was a bad year for me and I went twice but they were week stays then once for a long weekend. ..

I had an AP for several years and prior to that was a WDW CM. There was a time when I would go at least once a week, mostly to Epcot, this is the go-to park of choice for most FL residents (especially during F&G and F&W) and its my personal favorite, I went to Epcot so much that I essentially memorized the entire Illuminations show cycle, songs, firework launch moments, and all, :hyper: I know I know lol.. It never got old and to this day I still believe it is hands down the best nighttime show at WDW..

As far as being "Disney'ed out" well believe it or not, even as a huge WDW fan, this still happened to me once in awhile, I simply would forgo going for a few weeks or would go to a park that I haven't been to the longest, this was normally AK.. It is also refreshing when the seasons change and new décor is installed in the parks such as during Halloween, F&G, and the Holidays, special seasonal events are the best time to come back to a WDW park after a period of being "Disney'ed out".. Hope that helps..

We moved to FL a little over a year ago, we live about a hour east of Orlando. We just renewed our annual passes last month. Today we went to DTD, got there at 9:30 am and left at 11:30. We go maybe once month, pick a Sunday and a park get there when it opens, ride and see what we want and usually leave by 1 or 2 in the afternoon. This month we had friends visiting so we spent two days with them at the parks and stayed at SOG with them. We have really gotten our moneys worth form our APs. We also have a AP for Universal, but have only gone there a few times. Visiting Disney is a great escape for us. We love living close, but not too close, so it still feels special when we go.

I live in Tampa so around an hour away. I go on avg about once a month

We live in Windermere and go to Disney maybe once or twice a month. We got to Universal about as often, and I am always less stressed at Universal than I am at Disney! We tend to stick to Animal Kingdom or Epcot unless there is something specific we want to see at the other parks. We go occasionally when my parents are in town, or when friends come to visit, but there is so much other fun stuff to do in Orlando that has way less people!

We're going this weekend for Food and Wine because my aunt and uncle are visiting, but I'm sure it will be a mad house.

I am definitely an outlier with this, but I average about 10 entries a month (I live 15 minutes from MK, less to the other parks. And I am here by myself - no family or other things to plan around)

Most people I know in the area go maybe once or twice a month depending on the season/family commitments.

We go 2-3 times a week. FP+ makes it so easy to pop over for dinner and a few rides. We also take advantage of things like the tours they have available. We get great WDW hotel discounts and stayed 3 times on property this past year even though we live 20 minutes away. Now that F&W is starting, we will be at Epcot every weekend (& some random week nights). We are hitting up MNSSHP this coming Friday. I think because we don't have to tour the parks like typical tourists, we enjoy it so much more!

We live close by about 15 minutes away but because of our kids age we mostly go to MK which involves the TTC so we don't really feel like we can pop over there really quickly for a few rides. 3 out of 4 family members have celiac disease so we don't really eat at the parks, I doubt we'll go to F&W and we don't really enjoy watching shows several times. I guess we just need to adjust our expectations and go every now and then.

We live 3 hours south now. It's very strange to drive north to Disney after years of driving down from the north. We go during the week, arriving on a Sunday or Monday and leave out on Friday. We are finally starting to slow down while in the parks since we go around 4 times a year.

Probably at least couple times a month when the weather is cool, maybe more during F&W. Not at all in the summer :D

I'm about 30 minutes east of Disney (on the other side of Orlando), and it's nice to be able to pop out and see an Eat to the Beat concert after work, walk around F&W a little, etc.

I like not feeling like I have to do marathon 12 hour days to squish it all in.

A couple times a year I have friends come in and we do a Disney week. Those are the only times I still do long Disney days.

We love about 1.5-2 hour drive. We've done most of the holidays it seems and special occasions like bdays and anniversaries. We'll go at least 3 different weekends for food and wine. Sometimes we just go for the day like next weekend then others we spend 3-5 days. About 10 trips a year. Set up our fast passes up a week or more before jump on those and then just hang and eat good food. We don't go on rides unless the lines are 20 min or less or we have a fp.

I live 2.5 miles from MK, and I have lived here for two years. Before I moved to central Florida I would visit WDW at least twice a year. I try to walk at least 5 miles a day to keep my weight down. I no longer spend full days in the parks, but I often go for my evening walks there. I actually like FP+ because I can schedule 3 attractions and do those while I am walking. I usually go to Epcot twice a week, DAK and DHS about once a month, and MK about once a week. Lately I have started going to MK less than I usually do because of the crowds. I think Disney has stumbled on the magic combination of promotions and events to keep MK busy 365 days a year. I also often go to the various resorts for evening walks. I especially enjoy walking at Riverside / French Quarter, and the Epcot resort area. I have found so far that I still enjoy the parks as much as ever, if not more than ever. When you live here you can afford to be more relaxed and enjoy the details. When I came twice a year for my vacations I always had a good time, but was very neurotic about everything. The only park that I don't enjoy as much since moving here is MK. I am not sure if that is due to too many repeat visits, the increase in crowd congestion, or a combination of both.

I'm in Miami, 3.5 hours away. My family and I visit 2 times a year on average. This year we've visited a 4 times and planning a 5th trip in November. We spend 2 to 3 nights during our stay and totally emerse ourselves in the Disney bubble by staying on property each time. We attempt as much as possible to avoid weekends and summers!

If you have an AP and no resort reservation you can book FP+ 30 days in advance. You can only have 7 days worth booked at any one time.

Not as much as we'd like, usually about 2-3 times a year. Tough to coordinate w/ school etc. We're over 2 hours away and it's often kinda tough to plan a trip. We currently use NE passes, don't know what we'll do when those run out

We have seasonal passes this year. We are 3.5 hours away and have been 8 times so far. We'll probably make it about 4 more times this year.
We'd actually go more, but darn having kids in school.
I can't say we are over it at all. It's been so fun finding the time for small things and things we haven't done.
We'd go far more if we were closer.
