We are Florida residents and have purchased 3 day Florida resident exchange certificates from the local AAA. They told us we have to show a driver's license to exchange them for tickets at the park. Does anyone know if there is a separte line for this or we have to wait in line with everyone buying tickets?

I am concerned because we have PS at Cinderellas Castle at 9:10 and I sure don't want to miss it. How much time should we leave to make it to the castle on time? We are staying offsite at the Buena Vista Suites.

Thank you so much for any help.

You have to wait in line with everyone else. The lines usually aren't too bad when the park first opens because they have so many ticket windows open.

If you have the exchange certificates you can have them changed into the tickets at either the ticket booths or Guest Relations. If you arrive the night before, you may want to stop by Downtown Disney Guest Relations and have your Certificates changed out then to save you time in the morning. That way you will only have to stand in line to go through security and to actually get into the park (at Epcot, they are the same line). Otherwise you would have to stand in 3 separate lines at MGM, MK and AK. Make sure that everyone in your party is is over 16 has their valid Florida Drivers License with them. If anyone doesn't have it the other IDs that will be accepted are a Valid Florida state issued ID card, a Florida College ID, military papers stating that you are stationed at a Florida base accompanied by a valid military ID or a Valid Voter registration card accompanied by a picture ID.

Have a great time!:sunny:

we tookthe boat from the boardwalk to epcot and there was almost no line at that entrance then through epcot to MK via monorail

Thank you eeyore0062. That was great information. Where is Downtown Disney locaated and how late are they open? We will all be driving up from South Florida after work on a Friday night, so won't get there until about 8 PM.

Downtown Disney is located at the Southeast corner of the property. Once you get through the maingates, just follow the signage toward Downtown Disney. You can't miss it. :)

There are two Guest Relations locations at Downtown Disney. One is at the marketplace behind Summer Sands (I think that's the name of it....I can never remember it but it has something to do with Summer and Sands! :) )

The other is on the West Side next to Wetzel's Pretzels.
