Florida Resident Tickets - Question

So I am on hold with Disney now but figure I will get a faster answer from all of you. I am the one who posted earlier about being at the park with a bum ankle. Well my parents have decided to join us. They are Florida residents. They will be going to the parks with us for three days. They will need park hoppers. I saw that there is a special 3 day ticket for florida residents but it looks like one park a day. I can't figure out if they can add a park hopper to it. Anyone know? Thanks much.

There was an article in the Orlando Sentinel at the beginning of the year mentioning the Florida resident ticket offers for the year that said park hopper could be added to those tickets. Now, the article is 11 months old, but hopefully still accurate.
