Florida Resident Rate for 4 months renter

In 2022, I was staying at the Royal Pacific. At their ticket window, they allowed me to buy FL resident APs by showing my rental agreement. I was able to renew in 21 and 22, but not sure how. I pay via CC. My CC address is my home in NY. My Universal profile is my FL rental address. My CC payment will reject. No idea how I did it last year. HELP!!!!!!!!! Thanks.
