Florida resident play 4 days pass

Not sure if this is the right board to post this, but does anyone know if they will have a Florida resident play 4 days or play 3 days pass available this year, as they have in the past? These were always such great deals, and I am researching the best ticket options for some friends who want to hit up the F and W festival later this fall.
I see the Florida resident 4 day tickets on the website but they seem more expensive and have blackout dates.

The special deep-discount three and four day passes have been sold only in the late winter and early spring, expiring in late spring and were blocked out for two weeks around Easter.

All Resident three and four day passes have the same blockouts as the Seasonal and Weekday Select passes.
