Does anybody know when Disney usually offers the 4 day pass to Florida residents? I'm talking about the one that's around $130 and only good for a certain short specific time

You can find it now on the website under Florida passes.

You can buy three or four days and with or without park hopper. The basic adult three day is $200 and the four day is $219. Once you start using the pass you have 6 months to use the remaining days.

The last couple of years the special has come out at the end of the year or very early in January. Last year, it was valid for until Memorial Day so not a full 6 months necessarily.
