...because we are seriously talking of taking a permanent vacation to the Central Florida area sometime in late spring or early fall of '06(that's only a year away!!). We have have been to Daytona area, St.Pete, and Orlando...again and again. Sons will be 20 and 17 and will be going with us. Husband is due to retire by Feb. I've always planned our many Florida vacations..... and since vacationing at US the past 3 yrs., I have relied on a lot of your opinions/suggestions and they've always been worth listening to. You've all been great with your info and I would greatly value any input you'd care to share with me on the area itself....not just the "tourist" stuff. But I don't want to use these boards to bore people with details...so, if any of you that live in Florida would like to offer info, I'd love to hear it....PM me and I will answer with my email. I love planning our Florida vacations.......but we're talking permanent, 18-hr. away from here, moving.....and I need some honest info (getting lots of feedback from realtors---whew!!) Here, I know good areas/bad areas.....there? I know nothing and really would like some advice. Anyone interested? Looking forward to your PMs!!
