Florida Resident AP's if you own DVC

I just have to ask .... can you use your DVC paperwork to get a Florida ID and then get a Florida Resident AP?? One of my Disney buddies said you could and I was just wondering .....

There has been no indication that the DVC PAP Promo for $399 will be repeated.
