florida res codes ??

my sis in law as a gift is sending me to wdw and she is joining she is a resident of fl what exactly is a fl res code?? want to know so i can tell her.... thanks

When she calls for ressies she just tells them she is a Fla Resident and hopefully there will be rooms available for that rate. We are going in November and the only Fla Resident rates left were for AKL, ASM, *** and SSR. Call as soon as possible because they go fast. OR, she can go on-line to www.disneyworld.com and click on Florida Resident and go from there...good luck!

Florida Residents
This will only work if she is there to sign you into her room. At least this is what we were told fromour son that lives in Florida

Florida Residents can get a "room only" discount at a Value, Moderate or Deluxe Resort.

Travel 8/05/07 - 9/29/07 - The Booking Code is FDS***
Travel 9/30/07 - 12/23/08 - The Booking Code is FEY*
*** - The FDS discount is available for booking. It's offered for all of the Disney Resorts. (Blackout dates August 10 -11, 30 - 31, September 1 at the DVC and Value Resorts.)

Prices for FDS begin at:

$164 for a studio at a DVC Resort
$99 for a standard room at a Moderate Resort
$64 for a standard room at a Value Resort
$140 for a standard room at a Deluxe Resort
