Florida Neighbor Offer (Georgia Residents)

While viewing my yahoo email, an ad popped up on a page dealing with Georgia residents. Here is the website that it sent me to:

I did not look into very much. I think it just deals with value resorts, but not sure.

wow! just took a quick glance, but it looks pretty much like the FL resident/AP holder offer. Does that mean that Disney is *really* desperate to fill rooms? I wish they would offer a deal on the dates for our November trip!!
