Florida car seat laws

Hi--does anyone know the law in Florida about car seats? We won't be renting a car, but we need to know for the van shuttle and a possible taxi ride. In NJ, it's up to 8yrs. We have 9, 7, 3, and 14mos. Thanks!

Seatbelt (carseat) laws don't apply to taxis, buses, limos ,shuttle, ect. While riding in these type vehicles you are not required to wear a seatbelt.

You had asked about car service in another thread. I thought I would let you know that most car service companies will provide car seats for free if needed.So you could have those for your 3 and 14 month old.
