My niece just moved to FL, and wants to know if the Florida AP's are still available? She changed her address in MDE, and it is not showing the Florida AP as being available?? She has her bank account set-up, and will have the FL Drivers License in a week or so.

Am I missing something, or are they on hold again?

I'm not in Florida, but when I look it's only showing Incredipass. Nothing else. Before they started selling APs again recently, I used to see the Florida resident options as the only ones available (even though I'm not a Florida resident). So something has definitely changed. Maybe a local can confirm whether or not they see more than just Incredipass....

All of them are still available. There's may be an issue with her account, so she might need to call Disney.

If she wants to do it online, I think she will have to wait until she has her license. Disney’s website asked for my drivers license number to verify that I am a FL resident. They use ID.me

She just wants to buy the voucher now--and then activate in-person when at the park (and by that time she will have her DL). She is not even seeing the ability to buy the voucher

I could be wrong so hopefully someone else will have some more info but it doesn’t seem like they do the vouchers anymore, they verify you when you go to buy them online.

I'm not reading it that way (and I could be very wrong, lol), since they give you the option to redeem online (DL), OR the option to redeem in-person by Bank Account, Rental Agreement, Utility Bill, etc. Again, I could be off base, but this is how I'm reading it.

FL Resident APs can be verified/activated in-person. ID.me is tied to the state license, so those with other forms of proof need to verify in person.

OP - I replied on your post on TPAS, but I suspect the reason she can't purchase online is because she just changed the address. WDW doesn't want people changing their address just to buy an AP only to discover they don't have the appropriate proof. Most likely she will need to call to resolve this so they can confirm the address change is legit.

I closed on my house here in Florida on May 30th. Earlier last month while I was still living out of state I wanted to but my FL resident pass while they were avaialable. I went into my MDE account and changed my address to my new florida address. Then I went into my credit card account and changed my address there as well so that the billing zip code matched my mailing address. I went online and went through the purchase process for the FL resident pass. On the FL Residence Verification page I just clicked the box marked verify in person or whatever it said. I completed my purchase and the voucher showed up in my MDE app and I got a confirmation email. Now Im just waiting on my first power bill or mortgage statement to go and activate in person.

I had to have my address changed to a FL address to see the options for FL residents.

I bet she didn't change her CC address, so that is likely tripping it up!!! Thank you very much!

It is a dream to live near WDW. The parks are just so magical, the ability to just swan in whenever and see the fireworks or simply people watch is irresistible.
