Florida alcohol laws

I'll be arriving late (midnight) and was wondering if you can purchase beer and wine after midnight? I believe you can purchase beer and wine @ publix if my memory serves me correctly, just don't know how late it can be purchased.

When I lived there, you could purchase alcohol until 2am. And yes, Publix sells it.

My husband thinks it is still 2am...but I am not sure of a Publix that is open 24 hours a day.. most close at 10 or 11pm, at least the ones that I know of..... Walmart is open 27/7.

It should be 2am, that's when the bars close. I think that on Sundays they might not let you buy alcohol until after 11 or 1 or something (I used to work at Publix in Pinellas county, and it's 1pm over there). There are no 24 hour Publixes, but there are plenty of Super Walmarts. There are even Neighborhood Market Walmarts, which are just the grocery store, but there aren't any down by Disney.

thanks!! it sounds like it's very similar to the laws in new york other than you can't buy wine in grocery stores. thanks for everyones help!!!
