Floral questions

1. Does anyone know if you can used the BM bouquets as centerpieces? It seems a shame to pay for double the floral... I have four BM's and need three centerpieces. So they could just set out the vase and the BM's could place their bouquets in them during the reception. (Plus, that takes care of what do do with the bouquets during that time!)

2. Has anyone done their own decorating of the ceremony location? I loved all of the ideas I was given but (frankly) it seems very overpriced. Especially considering that set up would not be that difficult... Could I provide all the material and have still have Disney do the set up and taken down? Or, alternatively, have someone in my party do the set up and take down?

Hi Ember - I don't know if Disney will do the set-up for you at the ceremony, but you can have someone from your bridal party do it or better yet, one of your guests because your bridal party will be with you taking pics right up until the last minute.

As far as the bouquets in vases, I don't see why not. They took my girls bouquets and used them to decorate around the cake table, but that's because we had brought our own centerpieces, otherwise, I had thought about doing that as well.

I think I read on here somewhere that Disney floral will set up three centerpiece-related things for you (per table) but beyond that you have to pay them a setup fee. Checkout IrishCinderella's posts - I think she had the details...
