Ok, so I e-mailed Rosie now 4 weeks ago and then again last week to check if she got the first e-mail because I have NOT recieved a response. I did get my questions answered on here for the most part, thank you to the very experienced brides.:worship: But I am just annoyed to say the least as to not getting a repsonse. I also wanted to know when I will recieve a floral proposal based on the items we talked about way back in March. My wedding is August 14 and would like to tighten all the loose ends up at this point, but I feel as though I am the only one wanting to do this, Disney is not cooperating. I also let my planner know that I am getting no repsonse and I basically asked if there was somebody else I could contact. She did not really have much to say about it. Is anybody else having this problem? If so what did you do?!

I have had some trouble - but I think its because I contacted the florist on my own without waiting for DFTW and our planning session. I just had 2 quick questions so I called and was told that a specific person could easily answer them - but that she only works on Sundays. I tried to leave a voicemail but kept getting transfered to a person who I couldn't really understand. Then I called 3 weeks ago and was told she was on the other line and would call me right back. I am not super impressed but at the same time I think its kind of unfair of me to be impatient and not wait until fall for our planning session. To me it just sounds like they are a really busy department. I have to say though all of the people who answer the phone there are super nice!

Hi, I know Rosie has had some difficulties with her email recently - my mum was emailing her regularly about some 'surprises' and she took nearly two weeks to respond to the last one because she hadn't received it the first time.

I've been waiting over a week for a response from Rosie as well. I have found though that she is generally very slow with email, so I wouldn't worry. Her answers are thorough once she finally responds.
