I should really start a planning journal..but I am all-over-the-board with things I would no longer know where to begin!

I have my floral phone meeting in two days. I have been sifting through digital pictures for days/weeks/possibly months. I have never really be able to choose flowers....and it is now no different.

We were going to do "shades of blue" for our theme...so I was hoping to find some sort of blue flower. After looking for quite awhile, I can't find any that I like. So, I think this sort of forces us to choose some other colour.

If I can't decide I'll probably go with a bouquet of red roses for me and something white for the girls (2). This leaves us with RED WHITE AND BLUE...which is what we were trying to avoid.

I have searched the "post your floral" thread. I like lurkyloo's flowers..the texture and beautiful colors.

Our bridesmaids have indigo blue dresses. Considering plum, orange, red to add some color. For bride considering red or plum. Unsure of the flowers yet.

Need help/ideas. I feel like this blue guy.:scared1:

Can you post pictures of the dresses? It will help us to get a better idea. This is kind of a tough situation - if you aren't a flower person and don't have them picked out, it can be quite stressful. But I think that you could go a couple of ways with this. You could use a bright colour(s) such as oranges, pinks, like the bouquet of Lurkyloo that you like. Or you could use very soft colours. You could use white/ivory flowers and add in light pink, or some light greens. Just an idea.

Your floral planner is also going to be great help. If you tell them exactly what you said in this post, I am sure that they will be able to give you some ideas - they do this every day and do a great job of it!

Thanks Disney. I can't seem to find a digital picture of the dresses we have ordered. This might be part of the problem!

I definitely prefer bright colors. I like orange and red, but not really pink.

I'll work on getting a pic of the dresses!

Maybe this will all be worked out in the floral meeting??? eeek.
