That’s an option although there are a number of local florists that deliver as well.

Aren't there rules about who can deliver directly to your room and who can't? (And if a company can't, I don't know where the flowers would go - Bell Services?)

We've had orders a couple of times with Disney Floral and they've always failed to get it to the room. My nephew was pretty upset when it was a surprise for his wife on their anniversary. He asked around at the front desk and bell services at BC and they said they didn't have anything. Finally he went back down and someone actually went to look and found that the front desk did have them. They'd been there the entire time.
