Floats at Castaway Cay?

Are there floats available at Serenity Bay at Castaway Cay or do you have to get them at the family beach and take them on the tram with you to the adult beach?

thanks for that info, jrabbit, I like the idea of that, since I am not much of a swimmer. I do enjoy looking at and for the fish though.
